Brian's score for Battle: Los Angeles is set for release from Varese Sarabande on CD and digital download (iTunes / — pre-order the CD) for March 8, 2011. The film is in theaters on March 3... Brian's score from the animated mini-series Transformers: Prime will be released soon (date & details TBD)... Middle Men is now out on DVD/Blu-ray, while Brian's score is available on iTunes and Amazon MP3 (as a download only)... Fast Five, the fifth Fast and Furious film, featuring Brian's music is in theaters on April 29. Watch the trailer!

New trailer: “Battle: Los Angeles”

The teaser-trailer for Jonathon Liebesman's Battle: Los Angeles is now rocking audiences in theaters (click here to watch it). Brian is scoring the film, collaborating again with his Darkness Falls director. Battle: Los Angeles is in theaters March 11, 2011. Varese Sarabande will release the score album (date to be confirmed - stay tuned!)

New scoring assignment: “Fast Five”, “The Expendables” on Blu-ray

Brian is set to reteam with director Justin Lin and score Fast Five, the fifth film in the The Fast and The Furious series. Fast Five is in theaters Apri 29, 2011.

Sylvester Stallone's action-throwback The Expendables is now out on Blu-ray and DVD. Included in the supplements is a music featurette featuring Brian's work on the film.

BMI staged its annual Film/TV Awards this month at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Los Angeles. Brian received awards for his work on “Fast Five”, Battle: Los Angeles, “The Expendables”, and “Hawaii FIVE-0” taking home the most number of awards by a single composer that night. The event was hosted by BMI President & CEO Del Bryant (shown in the image below) and Doreen Ringer Ross (shown in the image to the right), Vice President, Film/TV Relations.

An all-new, who's-who of fan favorite movie composers will gather for a seminar, and autograph session at Dark Delicacies in Burbank, CA on August 28th.  This follow-up to last year's popular event gives movie score enthusiasts the chance to meet and hear about the craft from a roster of composers representing both classic and contemporary Hollywood soundtracks.  There will be a few surprises and some cool music giveaways at the gathering.

In this fifth installment, Death is just as omnipresent as ever, and is unleashed after one man’s premonition saves a group of coworkers from a terrifying suspension bridge collapse.  But this group of unsuspecting souls was never supposed to survive, and, in a terrifying race against time, the ill-fated souls frantically try to discover a way to escape Death’s sinister agenda.
